Step 3: Exfoliate
Exfoliation is an important step one must follow to remove dead skin. This step need to be practiced only twice or thrice a week. Concentrate on scrubbing the pores on your cheeks and blackheads on your nose. Use homemade exfoliates like milk and bran, if not the market one.

Step 4: Tone it up
Use an alcohol based toner to restore the pH balance of your skin after the exfoliation. A toner also acts as a booster to rejuvenate the dead skin cells. Not only this, it is very affective for treating the acne problem as it reduces the excessive oil from the skin pores. One can use the most natural toner, rose water.

Step 5: Moisturize
Moisturizing your skin with teenage night treatment creams before going to bed is a very good habit. This helps to rejuvenate and nourish your skin. Step 7: Lip Care

Step 8: Brush your hair
To avoid hair fall and knotted hair when you wake up, brush your hair out and add a night-time leave in conditioner. Do not tie your hair while you sleep as it leads to increased breakage.

Step 9: Switch to silk
